Mr. Haynes currently serves as a Mediator, Executive Coach, HR Consultant, and Trainer with Phoenix & Associates Relationship Management Consulting Group.  Mr. Haynes also serves as a Mediator with the Dallas County Dispute Resolution Center and has previously served as an FMLA Consultant to Verizon, the Disability Compliance Administrator for Greyhound Lines, Inc., and an HR Generalist at McLane’s High Plains.  As a Higher Education expert, Mr. Haynes has over 25 plus years serving as Dean of Retention Management, Associate Dean of Business, Public Service and Information Technology and Adjunct Faculty of Psychology.
