Phoenix & Associates was designed to help organizations and individuals soar to new heights leaving their challenges on the ash heap of the past. We do this by providing mediation, individual and group executive coaching, training and consulting services to empower our clients to address the needs of their most important assets: their people.

Mr. Haynes also serves as a Mediator with the Dallas County Dispute Resolution Center and has previously served as an FMLA Consultant to Verizon, the Disability Compliance Administrator for Greyhound Lines, Inc., and an HR Generalist at McLane’s High Plains. As a Higher Education expert, Mr. Haynes has over 25 plus years serving as Dean of Retention Management, Associate Dean of Business, Public Service and Information Technology and Adjunct Faculty of Psychology.
